Step into Your Playing Big

Someone in your life is joining us again for the Playing Big Facilitators Training and thought you would enjoy the experience, too.

Together we’ll explore:

✓ Clarifying your Playing Big vision

✓ Quieting your inner critic

✓ Unhooking from praise and criticism

✓ Negotiating with power

✓ Articulating with empathy

✓ Tapping into your inner mentor

✓ Harnessing the Playing Big tools for yourself and others

In this course, you’ll explore practical strategies you can apply to yourself, and you’ll also learn how to powerfully support other women in playing bigger – those you work with, mentor, manage, coach or teach.

What Playing Big Means

Again and again, I hear from women that they don’t want to keep having that subtle, sneaking sense that they are holding back, waiting on what they most want to do. Playing small. Hiding. They want to have a greater impact for good, feel more confidence and ease in their work, and be agents of change. Playing big is about all of that. It’s not about working harder or striving more – playing big is being more loyal to your dreams than to your fears.
